0.3 Micron fiberglass filter manufacturing HEPA Filter Paper

We product the Micron Fibergalss Filter Paper for HEPA Filter, Carbon Non-woven Fabric Filter, Activated Carbon Filter .The new HEPA material is made of meltblowing from Europe and substrate J60 with wet process(60g/m2, with best air permeability, best stiffness, and sharpest weave crest), be composited with advance composited equipment from USA(3 million RMB). The glue of this new HEPA material reaches 1g/m2 which reduces the resistance at the most to rise CADR value.

This air filter paper media is made of glass microfibers as main raw material by wet process. Characterized by uniform fiber distribution, low air resistance, high filtration efficiency, high dust holding capacity, high strength and stable properties. It is an ideal material for air filtration.

The products are divided into two types: min-pleat air filter paper and deep-pleat air filter paper, and they have three series: ASHRAE, HEPA and ULPA.
